This hotel is very clean and very tidy. The amazing hotel is very well kept. The swimming pool was definitely a show stopper. I spent most of my time there! The staff was super friendly, and Dina had great attention to detail. The WiFi worked fine all around the hotel, a huge plus.
The pool concession area was unattended during the afternoon. It was hard to get any food when needed.

The room we got was very spacious and super comfortable; I truly appreciated the extra space. There were two separate sinks; it made getting ready a breeze, especially in the morning. The beds are comfy too.

The hotel location was amazing; I found it very convenient to explore the area. A supermarket is located close by; it was easy to grab snacks and essentials. I used the nearby metro to travel; it gave me quick access to different parts of the city.

the premises were clean and the staff was friendly enough.
i arrived at the pool, ready to spend money, but the food situation was a disaster. the staff first said the kitchen was closed until 7 pm, with no alternatives. my husband had to order outside food, at which point the staff got upset about it. sulfur smell lingered frequently, not great. the room also felt pretty outdated.

the staff was polite, they helped with everything. the room was spacious and very clean. the pool had plenty of seating. the wifi worked well, i could stay connected easily. it was important to me!
the parking area lacked shade, my car got very warm. it wasn't the end of the world, but slightly inconvenient.
