Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was delightful, thanks to its wonderful breakfast and tranquil setting perfect for escaping the hectic pace of Naples. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, particularly during meal times. However, the dining menu could use some expansion, especially for snacks and pizza options. Overall, it provided a lovely family-friendly environment, though the location may not be ideal for those wanting to be in the city center.
I had a great stay at Montespina Hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The location is peaceful, providing a nice break from the city chaos, but being a bit outside Naples means a taxi ride is necessary for downtown excursions. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive selection each morning. Unfortunately, the pool was still closed during my visit, which was disappointing, but overall, the experience was positive despite a few downsides.
My stay was quite disappointing overall, with a number of serious issues that overshadowed any positives. The hotel seemed trapped in a state of disrepair, the staff were unfriendly, and the surrounding area felt unsafe. The only real positive was the indifference of the staff, aside from one lovely individual. Unfortunately, the experience left me with a deep sense of dissatisfaction and frustration during my getaway.
My stay at the hotel was quite a rollercoaster. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during breakfast. The pool area was a major letdown as it appeared neglected. Nonetheless, the service from staff was commendable, although some were a bit aloof. Overall, I felt that the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in various areas to reach its advertised standards.
This hotel offers a lovely and peaceful environment, with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to assist guests. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Breakfast choices are varied and delightful, but the dining options for other meals could be improved. The pool area is well-kept and inviting, although the location makes it a bit tricky to access nearby attractions and other local amenities.
